If the courts were still a functional means for redress of grievances, this wouldn't be an issue.

Sue for what? DO you think that any police are ever going to be found guilty of violating civil rights etc. when gunowners are being screwed?

Nope. The BATFE was called in for "illegal" ammunition which was possibly explosive. They will find a way to finagle this to their advantage everytime. They're not in the business of defending the constitution or the BOR.
