At least as of a few years ago there were more Citgo affiliated stations in the United States than any other retailer of ANY type. In other words more Citgo stations than Subways or McDonalds or WalMarts.

Usually Citgo stations tie onto other businesses, especially convenience stores. So you might see a 7-11 sign and under it a large Citgo sign. Or a Grabit-n-Go sign with a large Citgo sign under it.

The point is that while there might be some areas of the country where you can't find Citgo, in most of the country quite the opposite is true.
