Monica is his legacy...no matter how you cut it. It goes back to the very essence of the man...he's a lying, cheating egomaniac. Any wife who would continue with him in her quest for POWER is totally in agreement with his principles.
Their biggest dream was frog marching Rove out of the oval office. They're croaking on it now.
Monica and OBL. Those are clinton's legacy, no matter what he says or does to try and change it. Average Americans love snippet information that can easily be recited and placed in their memory chest tied with a neat ribbon. I disagree with those who believe that clinton feels guilt over the 9/11 deaths. And believe his guilt is the source of his outbursts. clinton of all people, along with his cohorts, taught the American people how to disregard real information, take a soundbyte, relegate it to memory, and go on. Now he wants these same Americans to listen to his diatribe. Too late. They know two soundbytes: Monica and OBL. That's the source of his anger, IMO. He can't make *us* listen to him. He taught *us* not to pay attention to detail.
