Sorry you're in that kind of pain, rod .. I have awful painful knees, too .. greatly reduced walking mobility and stairs kill me. X-rays comfirmed a couple of weeks ago: I'm bone on bone in both knees ..no cartilege left ;(. Will be starting the synthetic gel shot series next week. Doc says they want you to put off knee replacement for as long as possible due to all the advances being made in the field, but the ability to get around more and without horrible pain is definitely an issue for me, too.

There's a new procedure ... if you're going to consider that route: minimally invasive knee replacement ... greatly reduced incision size and rehab time, no muscles cut and about 10 days or so til you're back to work. That'll be my end result. Did the weather change there suddenly or did you twist it?

Brit Hume got a public smackdown from her heinous in the Rose Garden during the Ruth Bader Ginsburg announcement.

I remember exactly when Brit was on the receiving end of the "Demented" in Chief. It was when Clinton had all the press in the Rose Garden to announce that he was nominating Ruth Buzzard Ginsberg for the Supreme Court. Brit asked him a question about his nomination process being "bumpy" or something like that and Clinton flew off the handle and ended the Press Conference and stomped off after hurling insults at Brit.

I guess I have always had a different take on all this since I see McCain as simply a political animal and doing all this to try an bring on even more rat support for his supposed run at the White House in 08 which we know now will never even get off the ground after his BS the past few weeks.

My "different" take is that I have always guessed,and have no first hand info at all, that if we needed intel or info out of a terrorist and were in doubt about what methods we could or could not use that we automatically "knew others" that could "get" the info and usually pretty quick if you get my drift.

So in reality how big a problem was interviewing terrorists to begin with,IMHO it was only McCain's political football and we saw how well it worked with bubba bringing it up in Wallace's interview today.He did get some rat support but lost the war since he lost alllll of ours.

Less than a year ago, FReepers were complaining HIGH and HEAVY that FOX should dump ED because she was so 'obviously' left wing. I Stood up for her and was chastised. Many here are fickle or stupid.

I am going to make like Clinton is up in the Space Station looking for Aliens that have never seen the Monica denial, finger pointing episode. He should be History,but the Rats have nobody else,and he is still good for Hillary's Fund raiser's for Bribes.

I just have a gut feeling that the only interviews that hillary's handlers will let her do will be highly scripted and with DBM members only. I will be very surprised if she allows herself to be questioned about much of anything for obvious reasons.After all that's what bubba is for.

What's the news on Whitman nowadays? I heard Larry King allude to her troubles, but McGreevy didn't take the bait.

I think that this week on Brit's show will tell us what is going on,however I don't buy the not wanting to pile on theory. They were really scairdy cats today,and it really was annoying to see them so cowardly. I think like txsleuth says it has more to do with getting future interviews with her Heiness,and her thugs.

thanks so much for your concern star yo are the best, I had this about three weeks ago took Celebrex for five days and it totally went away, X-rays show nothing at all.
If you are bone on bone you are in far worse shape and I wish you well in so many ways. You seem to have it all wired,and under control, best of luck.
