The context of that quote in ABC's Path to 9/11 made for damning testimony. Eight years of the President's office wasted, abused, and ultimately responsible for thousands of innocent deaths.

Yes, there is an obvious similarity to his "I did not have sexual relations with that woman...Miss Lewinsky" appearance, particularly with his finger-wagging, but other posters have commented on that. I hadn't seen anyone else draw the comparison to his TV appearance right after his testimony to the Starr team, where he showed so much anger, as he does in the Chris Wallace interview.
