Hillary should spend a year in Islam and see if that works for her.

Where was Hillary at for poor women when they were dying in Rwanda and when the Taliban took power?

political ... barriers that trap women and children in desperate conditions.
They can start by putting some ice on it.

Ha!! Feminism created the problem of poverty - contraception and abortion. Nice try, Senator.

In general, aren't most poor women poor because they are single unwed mothers, in other words, unmarried?
Tell those poor women to get married!

Hillary was kissy-face with Mrs. Arafat whenever Yassir would visit the White House, and we know how concerned those two were, as they fed their Swiss bank accounts, for their impoverished Pali constituents.

It's about time Hillary came up with a plan. Her husband has had a global plan for women for a long time.

Far too many women are stuck in a cycle of poverty from which there is no escape, Mrs. Clinton said, noting that women in many countries cannot vote, run for office, or secure credit or equity capital to start businesses. How do we help overcome that condition of poverty and dependence?
Well for one, you can fully support the war on terror and George Bush's policy to bring true democracy to the middle east. Start knocking down some of these muslim walls and it can have a profound change for women and girls.

How about not having 3 children by 3 different " babies daddies", who happen to be unemployed and the "baby daddies" of 3 other children? Maybe use a "raincoat or jimmy hat", which are now distributed as a common practice at most health clinics in the ghetto, and not get pregnant.
I hate to say it but have you ever seen the talk shows where a woman from the "ghetto", I use quotes because I have seen what real ghetto's look like, has 5 men subjected to DNA testing and they still can't find the father? I hate to bring race into the issue, but the numbers don't lie. Time for the "minority" community to step up and be responsible for raising their own children, provide a sense of worth and value, and stop looking to mother government to make things right.

Perhaps she might scale down her global goals and simply start by bringing some basic human rights to all women in Islamic countries. Like no being stoned in stadiums for walking across the street alone or driving a car alone. I am sure she could get that done and out of the way in a week or so and then tackle poverty.

It's about time Hillary came up with a planPart of hillary's plan is to legitimize and expand the 'sex-worker' trade, as she adumbrated at the Peking conference some years ago. Oh yes, she was all for prostitution, including child prostitution. But she wouldn't say that here, of course, not when she's running for something.
