Actually, you're both a tad over-the-top. I know plenty of Pakistanis: none of them are terrorists. They play a mean game of cricket, they make an awesome curry, and for the most part they are law-abiding and positive contributing members of society.
You could just as easily say "If EVER a country should be recognized for breeding mass murderers and child molesters -- it should be America." It would resonate with the same ring of truth, but be a grossly unfair generalization all the same.
Yet....
If they're pious Muslims - they are by order of the Koran obligated to lie to you, avoid endangering themselves until from a position of strength they can convert, tax or kill you..
You may deal with that in a manner that satisfies you..

I have meet a significant number of Pakistanis in both social and business situations -- here in America, in Europe and in the Middle East.. To date, retired after more than 40 years doing business abroad - I haven't met a single one I could or would trust completely in a business or life threatening situation... NOT ONE.
I find that significant -- especially when I haven't encountered that same doubt or mistrust when dealing with Persians, Turks, Jews or Indian Hindu/Sikh Good luck, and stay safe....
As an aside -- one of the finest evenings I ever spent in Kyoto - was after my good fortune of running into two Diesel Generator Engineers from New Zealand in the bar of the Miyako Hotel, who REALLY knew their way "around town" and took me in tow...
