I'll refrain from stating the obvious as to who is working for whom.

Why don't you state it, since I have no idea what you are talking about.

My wife works for the police department. I step outside so we can talk
Well, if your wife works for the PD, why are you the one stepping outside to talk?

Here's a hint - One party is a taxpayer, and one is a public servant. Does that give you any clue as to who employs whom?

A Supreme Ct. ruling in 1989 states that there must be probable cause to search. Nowadays....no problem... they concoct a probable cause, more times than not. I've seen it happen on a weekly basis, usually with teenagers. Lately, law enforcements pursuit of the "almighty dollar" has totally turned my stomach and lessened my respect for them.

"... (don’s asbestos underwear) ..."

Why are you wearing Don's underwear? Is that a brand name like Calvin Klein? Is it more comfortable?

You haven’t heard of Don’s Asbestos™ under wear? Don’s is the most comfortable underwear you can be wearing, just after you say something incendiary on a thread like this where emotions run high. CK’s can get a little warm.

Remember, when the going gets tough, the smart go fishing.

(Any resemblance to humor in this post is entirely intentional)

So how would be applied to motor homes if it was your primary residence?

Not only that, but it's like "Head-On"TM, the name describes the application process.

"What are you s'posed to do with this?"

*Don's*

"Oh! Never mind ..."

By the way, if you want your home to be your castle ... build a castle.

Very good video. If the people in this country were as protective of their rights, bad laws like the Real ID Act would been put to the ash heap and not even being signed into law. We do need to elect people who not only favor economic freedom but also our civil rights. Without civil rights, our economic well being is subject to the whim of some official who might want to take it away.

Almost always, the police take all of the stuff out of the vehicle, leave it lying all over the parking lot, and then get back in their vehicles and drive off; leaving an innocent motorist to spend the next 20 or 30 minutes picking up all of his stuff and putting it back in the trunk.

I have found the solution to this. I have an old ammo can that I keep filled with old, greasy car parts wrapped up in greasy rags. When they go to search (an ammo can!) they get grease all over their pretty uniforms.

The drug dog always indicates that drugs are present in the vehicle.

This may, or may not, be intentional. Mrs. Knitebane is a dog trainer. It's amazing how dogs, especially highly trained dogs, become attuned to their handlers wishes. Long story short, if the cop wants the dog to trigger, they will.
