For years and years I've always watched my local CBS affiliate for local news. I'm making it a point to go about 3 minutes into the Katie show before I turn the station. I'm hoping that I register as one who is actively turing her off.
Her "show" is really, really bad.

Wonder how many are turning her off and NOT turning to one of the other nets news? She could be hastening the demise of all the network nightly news programs.

In order to get true ratings, I was under the impression one's television had to be connected to a Neilsen box. Has technology surpassed the old way of rating audiences viewership? If so, I want to know so I won't ever tune in to certain programs, even if its just to poke fun.

I haven't watched an instant of her show, but I have to admit I'm a little surprised. I thought she'd pull some ratings just from novelty. She must really be bad. I didn't watch her morning show either...I watched it the day after election day, 04, for fun, but that was it.
