while Islam hates all other religions, it particularly hates Christianity and Judaism

I wonder if the people of Thailand and India believe Islam hates Christianity and Judaism more? I think Islam is an equal opportunity hater of all other religions.

If Islam believes it is involved in a holy war, it doesn't matter what the opponents of Islam think the war is about. It is a religious war if one side of the conflict believes it a religious war. Denial of that by enemies of Islam won't change that.

Off topic: The Shinto religion began in the seventh century as did Islam.

That was exactly my point in my earlier posts. Islamists believe 100% in right versus wrong. Pure Islam teaches them that they are good, and on the side of God. We, the unbelievers, are evil, and stand with the great corrupter, Satan.

Telling fundamentalist Muslims that they need to be good people and give up jihad goes over as well as it would if the Devil himself appeared in your living room and told you that if you were a good person and went on a random killing spree, you'd go straight to heaven.

You'd probably pass.

Jihad is commanded by God. To a Muslim, anyone telling you jihad is wrong must be getting their ideas from a source other than God. Anyone telling you jihad is evil, well...
