The girls, their mother, April, and stepfather Mark Harrington recently moved to Montana from Bakersfield, Calif., after April told "Primetime" that Bakersfield was "not white enough." Now Kalispell has put the family on notice, "Not in my backyard."

Two of my old students from New O are evacuees from Katrina.I can guarantee you they are both working,not slanging dope or otherwise causing problems.
I hate to see so many of the residents of my ex-city defamed with a broad brush.Yes,we had our share of thugs and welfare cases.Most of the population,however,black and white,were damn good people and I will never hesitate to stand up for them.

Well,I will first to agree with you that there ARE a lot of liberal white elitists who look down smugly on lower class whites for being bigots while they themselves are just as rigidly segregated in their schools and residences.
Example-during my flirtations with The Left back in Fall of 1968,I joined out of curiosity a group of about 200 Yippies and white SDS types to protest a George Wallace speech.We all got a big kick out of fighting and yelling at working class whites who thought Wallace would save them from"the nigras".
Yet almost everyone there protesting were white and middle class.Our lives were just as"white"as those rednecks.We just lived in more exclusive areas than they did.What a bunch of phonies we were.
I still don't care much for the"white power"types that were at those rallies cheering Wallace..But I see now how fake and hypocritical the white Left is.

I find it a tragedy of sorts that these two otherwise lovely young girls' talents are being misdirected, and their heads and hearts filled with such hatred.
A quote that I originally saw on the wall in a school I attended in Danmark bears repeating here [germane to the girls' parents]both the Danish and my translation.
Danish:

I am a lifelong resident, and I go all over town.I often see them at events like the Waterfront blues festival, the art in the park blocks celebration, and last thursdays in the ALvina district...

Da Nile is a river, but it ain't in New Orleans. Speaking as one who knows and loves the Crescent City, N.O. had far more than its share of thugs and deadbeats, to say nothing of ignorance, corruption, nepotism and fatalism. My one big regret about the whole present mess in Louisiana is that Bobby Jindal wasn't Governor when Katrina hit. It would still have been a disaster, of course, but out of the disaster arose great opportunity which Nagin and Blanco, in true Louisiana fashion, didn't even see. Bobby would have done much better, I think.
Since when is the private desire for racial segregation deserving of the bile and hatred heaped on these little girls by members of our so-called enlightened conservative community?
I looked at the web site and didn't see them encouraging lynchings or oppression or that sort of thing. I did see that they don't want to be in close proximity to persons of color.
So what? When did that become a crime against civilization?

Holocaust denial is not very scientific and it hurts peoples' feelings. Aryanism was also not very scientific but doesn't really hurt peoples' feelings. Hitler is dead and irrelevant.

I think that their love for Hitler and other Nazi's highlight the fact that they don't just dislike people of color.
You can have a private desire for racial segregation all you want but what do you do and how do you react when a black / mixed / asian / jewish/ indian / all the others, move in next door. You could ignore them of course but I think that Stormfront (and these little skanks) have different ideas.
