Bush can't do anything about firing Dusty Baker, but he has not led (or even joined) the fight to do something about border security, something he is criticized for by conservatives, not liberals.
In fact, Bush's position on immigration isn't that much different than Ted Kennedy's. Last time I checked Ted Kennedy was quite liberal.
What possible good does it do to have a CIA if you can't use it to stop evil in the world?
