Look at how Kerry used his veteran status...even though he disgraced the military all of his life!

Romney is your only realistic choice, John. Deal with it. :) I saw the last half of the debate. It was pathetic. Allen has more charm, but both can't effectively answer the questions. Webb's earlier comments about women in the military were ridiculous. He should just have admitted that they were dumb. Allen is fortunate to have Webb as an opponent, very fortunate.
I don't think a McCain/Lieberman ticket would pick off many Republican votes.
Maybe a few dems.
W was very classy in response to questions about Ann's death.
Boehner, in effect, said the same thing when asked about it by Wallace, but he phrased it that he wasn't questioning their patriotism, just that they were wrong on the issue and that the effect was to protect the terrorists rights at the expense of American's lives.
No, I think a show with Martha McCallum is going in that time slot...and Jane Skinner's new show is right before Studio B with Sheppy...and there will still be a "Skinnerville" segment on Sheppy's show.

It displays the limits. Pretty hard to say one overparked unless you know the time limits.
That is all the Pres wants is a definition of the limits.

Not amazing, as Romney is the only one of our candidates that looks and acts the part. Romney is going to be the next President. He never sticks his foot in his mouth, and he doesn't make errors like our other candidates.

The Republican pundits I have seen on TV this last week...have mostly come out for McCain's plan...or, they try to straddle both his and Bush's, but I don't think I have seen one come out JUST for Bush's.
I hear that some on the Fox Sunday show did...but I haven't seen that show.
Romney will rise to the top, imho. I was out of touch most of the week....how did Romney handle McCain on the torture issue?

Saw that, above the fold in the Tampa Trib this morning. I fell asleep when Gators were down, glad to read they pulled it off. The Seminoles (my son is a seminole, my daughter a gator) on the other hand, lost their game.
it could explain the Clintons seemingly hands off approach to the midterms. They don't want to be tarred with the loss and can hang it around Dean's neck then come riding to the rescue just in time for '08.
