No one is obliged to participate in someone else's fantasies or delusions. This murderer is a man. He is not a woman trapped in a man's body. He is a psychotic trapped in the warped hell of his depraved actions and their consequences.
Local elected officials should be put on record as to whether or not they believe taxpayers should fund drugs or surgery to physically alter this man. The ones that support it should be exposed for their own irrationality and voted out of office.

Further thoughts--
"Gender" is a political term, meant to separate "male" and "female" (as social/cultural/political constructs) from "men" and "women" (which presumably are still conceded to be biological facts).
The separation is artifical. It falls apart, not just by the arguments of those who oppose these odious fantasists and their enablers. It falls apart when one considers what their own proscriptions are for "cure". They don't propose just altering their social or culteral behaviors. They themselves advocate changing themselves PHYSICALLY!
Indeed, their loftiest goal is to biologically transform into the opposite sex. But that's not possible of course. Which is exactly why the reality of biological science is where this needs to be argued and put down.
