The testimony was thrown out of court, because the judge could not read it (if I recall correctly). The judge was determined to see to it that Terry would be executed. There were two ex-girlfreinds of Michael's that said that Michael told them that he did not know what Terry wanted.

The real fact of the matter is the deathocrats wanted Terry dead so that they could show that they had power over Bush and the Christian community. The libertarians wanted Terry dead so that they could show that they weren't like Bush or the Christian community.
