In their additional analysis of the autopsy results, the Dutch pathologists could not resolve the mystery: why is the mark on Milan Babics neck narrower than the belt he used to hang himself? The public prosecutors office in The Hague will not reopen the case, while Judge Parker believes that the Tribunal should not conduct any further enquiries into the matter
The fact that the mark on Milan Babics neck is narrower than the belt he used to hang himself is exceptionally uncommon, but not completely impossible, the additional report filed by the Dutch Institute for Forensic Medicine notes. The report was forwarded to Judge Parker who headed the internal ICTY enquiry into the circumstances of Babics death in the UN Detention Unit on 5 March this year.
The report that Judge Parker submitted to the ICTY President on 8 June this year states that the pathologists noted a certain difference between the width of the ligature mark on Babics neck and that of the belt he used to kill himself, adding that the Dutch Institute of Forensic Medicine will conduct further analysis of the phenomenon.
The further analysis, however, failed to provide an answer to the question what was the cause of the difference. The supplementary report the Dutch pathologists submitted to the public prosecutor in The Hague in late August, forwarded to Judge Parker, notes that ligature marks on the neck as a rule more or less correspond to the width of the belt or rope used to hang the victim; in fact, the mark is often wider because of the slippage of the belt or rope. It is much more rare for the ligature mark to be narrower than the belt or rope, and the difference in Babics case is exceptionally uncommon, in the opinion of the Dutch pathologists.
The pathologists considered several possible theoretical explanations: the drying of the skin and the effects of substances that cause shrinkage, such as embalming fluid, alcohol or formalin, but could not provide a conclusive explanation for the difference that was observed. They did not find any similar cases in medical literature.
The criminal investigation conducted by the public prosecutors office in The Hague into the circumstances of Babics death remains closed. Judge Parker believes that the Tribunal does not have to take any action except for submitting the report to the UN Secretary-General.
DTA, say something about this.
Now, pathologists say the evidence of his hanging is unknown in medical literature - where the marks on his neck are narrower than the belt he allegedly killed himself with.
I think he was strangled.
"why is the mark on Milan Babics neck narrower than the belt he used to hang himself?"
BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HANG HIMSELF.

OK, now I'm curious. Please fill me in. Who hung him and why? Any guesses, speculation, hunches, etc?
"The public prosecutors office in The Hague will not reopen the case, while Judge Parker believes that the Tribunal should not conduct any further enquiries into the matter."
In the interest of forensic medicine and "justice,"
I would like to some experiments on the necks of the prosecutor and Judge Parker.
Hopefully they will be aqreeable, especially because their great interest in "justice."
I guess it is a lot better than if he comited suicide by stabing himself several times in the back... while sleeping...
And apparently my computer froze so I posted it 3 times.
I DOUBT that his best friends killed him.
That leaves whom?
Take it from there and let us know what you come up with.
Can you imagine the screaming in the "news" media if that happened to a leftwinger in custody?
Beats me. I am not usually one who believes all the "conspiracy at the Hague stuff" -- other than the idea that the entire existence of the ICTY is a political conspiracy -- but this evidence has even me curious. You'd think that if they were going to assasinate him, they be a little more careful and not hire a $1.25 hit man!
Hmmmm... Leftwinger in custody....leftwinger in custody? no such thing... but a GREAT IDEA!
So, I think they strangled him, then claimed he hung himself, and perhaps had the body hung after he was killed.
There have been several suspicious deaths and "suicides" at the Hague court - ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN SERBS.
Ts, ts, ts, ts..... If we were in Russia in during 1930, I would blame Stalin...
If we were in EU in 2006, I would blame... Stalin?
Communism occupied Europe...
Let's face it - the UN murders its prisoners who do not say what the UN wants them to say. Once, an event; twice, a "pattern or practice".
"And apparently my computer froze so I posted it 3 times."
As one poster once put it, "A rare triple!".
The International Court of Criminals. It's filled with left over Communists. Go to the Hague Website. Over and over it chants that Hague is the City of Peace and Justice, it's a multicultural city, that Hague is the most civilized city in the World. This is standard communist propaganda. It's too bad the United States Senate didn't ratify the ICC treaty for two years. We could have put their integrity to the test by charging Clinton, Cohen, and Albright for war crimes bombing a county that never attacked us.
"ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN SERBS."
I fail to see what that has to do with anything.
After all,
all the of the doctored photos and videos from the recent Lebanon-Hizbollah war
were doctored so that they trashed Israel
BUT WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?
Accidents happen.
Coincidences happen.
I will believe there is something fishy here when Soros' Open Society Institute publishes a paper saying so.
How convenient
