Even though the lies of the leftie elites seem to come out of the starting gate faster than the truth, truth will always end up winning the race in the end. Remember the "Swiftboat" controversy. Sixty thousand dollars worth of these ads had more effect than the millions of dollars of worth of spin and propaganda put out by Mikey the Moron and the DNC. That is because the Swifties told the truth. Thus, a smidget of truth has more value than a pound of lies and spin.

People who are unconcerned about truth will make up what they want to say. It doesnt take much time. Discovering the truth can be a laborious effort. It almost always takes time.
More than one have noticed that truth has a certain ring to it. Gary Aldrich, in his book Unlimited Access, discusses what he calls the moosehead truth - a truth that you recognize immediately. Ann Coulter, in the Coral Ridge video Darwins Deadly Legacy (http://www.coralridge.org/darwin/), also discusses her reaction when she heard something new that she accepted as self-evidently true. I think there is something here that people rediscover. For many, it is a once in a lifetime experience. I expect some great philosopher or theologian has addressed the ring of truth in at length.
