NEW YORK - Every September, like many, I feel sick and frightened around the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. But it was the weeks following September 11th that would forever change my life. You may remember hearing about Tom Brokaws assistant who got sick after coming in contact with a letter containing a deadly amount of anthrax. I was the person who first opened that letter, before Tom's assistant became sick. You have not heard my story. ------------------- Around September 18, 2001, I headed to work as a desk assistant at NBC Nightly News. One of my jobs was opening Mr. Brokaws mail. There was one letter that looked as if it were written by a child. Something seemed unusual. Id never seen a letter containing a granular substance.
--------------- A few days later, I went back to work, but I still felt a bit off. My glands were still swollen. A week or so after I was sick, Mr. Brokaws assistant became sick. Both of our symptoms were unusual. Authorities became involved.
The events over the next few months changed my life. I had carried anthrax back on my clothes and had contaminated my home. I chose to have all of my things destroyed. Every day I wonder: Who sent the letter? There have been some leads. But the case remains unsolved. They do not have the chance to remind the world that this case remains unsolved.ved 9/11. I survived anthrax. Five people died from inhaling anthrax, and others contracted both inhalation anthrax and cutaneous anthrax.

That's about one day travel time for an 18 wheeler. So, it was in Philadelphia to be dispatched to a major mailer in the Trenton area on September 10. It could have readily been found and tossed in a tray of other First-Class Mail at the mailer's plant that day, and been on it's way through the nearest MPC (Mail Processing Center) and from there to New York on September 11, or September 12, via ground transportation.
Mail traveling from central New Jersey to New York city does not ordinarily travel by air.
So, yes, all things considered, the lady could have opened that letter on any day from September 13 to September 18, and nothing extraordinary need happen for that to have been possible.
Not to mention that he has a solid alibi for the relevant timeframes of all the mailings, and he never had the training nor the expertise to make the product.
That is true - I forgot these were "city-folks" with no experience in the real world ... :>)
You would not expect catching anthrax in Washington DC (then) - in comparison, if you lived on a working ranch, you would know the symptoms, when to see the doctor, no big deal if treated. There are still anthrax cases today in the southwest USA on ranches.
They were ALL prepared at the same time. They were ALL mailed at the same place.
One, Fur Shur, had to be mailed at Boca Raton, FL, right where the AlQaida 90/11 terrorist leader had been located.
Hence, the quite logical conclusion that ALL were mailed at Boca Raton, on or about September 7, 2001 ~ and not later because the AlQaida attack leader and his people departed Boca Raton on that day.
Except for the Florida piece, the letters managed to get misrouted into some empty equipment (virtually dictated by NORMAL postal procedures on Weekend pickups).
My "solution" to the division in routing of the Florida and the other pieces is simple ~ these people were very tight with their money. They ran out of envelopes so they went to the post office to buy another packet of 5, but they mailed one they already had prepared right at the letter drop in the Boca Raton lobby.
The other pieces were then prepared and dropped in a street collection box, or more likely, several different street collection boxes.
These pieces ended up traveling by truck in MTE being returned North. That's why they didn't get postmarked on 9/11.

Ah, but there's the rub. Something extraordinary *did* happen. The anthrax was mailed *prior* to 9/11.
The FBI spin, however, is that the anthrax attacks were from a domestic enemy who was a 9/11 copycat.
Except, you can't copycat what hasn't happened. And that was my point above...that the FBI "copycat" spin and "domestic enemy" timeline can't be true because the anthrax letter to NBC was mailed **BEFORE** 9/11/2001!
To me, the most interesting question about this whole matter is: did our government truly allow themselves to be spun by a nut like Barbara Hatch Rosenberg and are they so incompetent that they really believe their own spin, or do they in fact really know the truth and did they fabricate a scenario in order to mislead people and cover up what actually happened? And if it's actually the latter, then why?
If it's the latter (which is a slim chance at best due to our incompetent FBI and treasonous CIA), the only rational explanation would be for that scenario to have been carried out directly by the Pakistani ISI.
Pakistan was the only nation to switch sides in the timeframe between the attacks and the spin. No way would we want to blast Pakistan after it had just switched sides over to us. We'd handle Pakistan in 2001 under that scenario just as we handled Italy switching over to our side in the middle of WW2.
Suddenly Italy's war crimes (e.g. outlawed WMD poison gas attacks against Ethiopia) were forgotten. They never happened.
In return, perhaps as many as 50,000 additional U.S. soldiers were saved from being killed fighting the non-Nazi fascists in Italy.
