I've been drinkking green tea for 5 years (4 cups a day0 and the stuff is awesome. It increases your base metabolic rate so you burn more calories even while reading FR. Chock full of anti-oxidants to fight the evil free radicals. Also an appetite supressant so you eat less. I have a stack of green tea bags on my desk at work and sip the stuff all day long.

Have not taken a pharamaceutical drug in 20 years and counting. Greeen tea is awesome and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

There can be no doubt.

120 million Japanese can't be wrong.

Although it is bitter as hell in Japan; one has to find ways to sweeten it without getting extra calories.

I think I will go get me some green tea bags on my lunch hour. Do you think it helps lower cholestrol?

One caution....tea, especially green, is high in oxalates. Those prone to kidney stones should be careful.
