Are these the documents from the national archives that ended up in Sandy Burglar's shorts and socks due to an "honest mistake?"

Bill Clinton will go down in history as the worst most asleep at the wheel President this country has had to date. Let's hope and pray no one else is ever as lackdaisical as he was.

There's also the photo's he sent via his cell phone to someone unknown that's no-ones bothered to look into. If they weren't incriminating in some way why did he make everyone else there leave the room?

Okay, leave everything else aside for a moment. Sandy "the Burglar" Berger runs an international consulting firm, and shreds documents with scissors? He didn't have access to a DOD-grade shredder after hours? Couldn't stick the documents between papers he'd be shredding for his consulting business and shred them during business hours? SCISSORS???!

For the life of me, I don't understand why the Justice Department whitewashed Berger's crime. Nor why the White House didn't scream bloody murder about Gorelick and Ben Veniste being on the 9-11 committee. They should have thrown a hairy fit. But no. Mustn't fight back or anything.

Bill Clinton, for all his obvious flaws, is a normal, patriotic American who, if he had recognized the danger and known how to prevent it, would certainly have done so.
Patriotic? Maggie, how could Clinton or anyone else recognize the danger when he deliberately prevented the CIA and the FBI from communicating and connecting the dots?
He blinded the nation to what was coming.

Strange we never heard anything from the celebrity "historians" about this insult to history. Future generations have no idea what this vandal took out, and more importantly we have no idea what he put it. This jewel of historical research is now forever tainted on this subject.

It amazes me how the left has fought so hard against this film, their claim being it is inaccurate, when they fought so hard for Fahrenheit 9-11 which was as inaccurate as a lie can be.

Of course, she left out the best part of the story: that he hid the documents he stole down the crotch of his pants. Not only is this a major comedic element (good for my business) and a recurring theme of the whole Clinton administration ("Guess what's in my pants!"), but the image of it conveys better than the details just how absurd is the idea of Sandy Berger demanding absolute truth and honesty from anybody. The only logical response must be, "Say, isn't he the guy with the stolen secret documents down his pants?..."

What handwritten notes, and by whom, were on the three copies of classified documents (out of five) that Sandy Berger chose to steal and cut up with scissors in 2003, smack in the middle of the 9/11 commission's investigation? And why did the Bush Justice Dept. give him a pass???
