If China attacks North Korea, the Russians will be there to assist them. Russia has increased it's military presense in the region, specifically in the area of Vladvostok and the Russian/North Korean border. It would be the first use of the SCO as a Military alliance.
I doubt so, for now North Korea is at least part of China and Russia agenda unless Pyongyang do something stupid that pissed both China and Russia off.
