No, the moron Ray Nagin is bald headed. I live in Baton Rouge and cringe every time I see a photo of him or hear his voice in the media.
And speaking of Baton Rouge: we had 3 murders this weekend, which was unheard of before 41,000 "guests" permanently descended on our city last year. Time for me to leave.
