I've heard mixed reviews on that.. some are saying they are the same, and a lot of blogs out there are saying they are different.. I'll try to post more information as I find it on what is different...

Rush (one of the few people who saw the complete, uncut version) just confirmed that less than one minute was cut, a couple of seconds here, a couple of seconds there.. there may be edits in some of these, but it was just a second or two...

From seeing the supposedly cut version and the outakes listed above, the only thing I see so far is a much longer wait (with dialogue) to get the go-ahead (which never came to get bin Laden in Afghanistan.
