A joint partnership of The Bilderbergers, Halliburton, the Trilateral Commission, the Project for a New American Century, and the Freemasons have been working on this technology using recovered UFO technology at Area 51 for years. Didn't you read the aritcle? That's a HOLOGRAM. I suppose its too late to search the Empire State building for the giant projector?
(My theory is that the ENTIRE thing was faked and the WTC is STILL there hidden from view by the Amazing Kreskin).
