Who is this guy who was caught in Port Angeles? He had a trunk full of explosives and his information led to a warehouse full of explosives.

Too bad they didn't have a Marine sniper when they were looking at Bin Laden in the compound. Not that Clinton would have given permission or anything.

I can't remember his name, but I sure do remember him being caught, as everyone was "skittish" about something happening for the turn of the Millennium. I was up in Portland at that time, so it was fairly close to home.

There was also something over in the New England states, too, I believe -- about that same time (crossing over into the U.S. from Canada).
