I just finished watching the Path to 9/11. I had the six so called cuts from the orginal, as linked to FR here. All six were shown and I thought the first night of the series went very well...and noone in charge here looked good. America, as with Pearl Harbor...always reacts well after the fact. Clinton always looks like a do nothing and don't blame me type and his people looked worse. Does anyone know if anything was cut out by ABC due to the DNC bash??

The guy who played the WTC bombmaker is a Brit- he plays one of the characters on EastEnders. Quite a jolt seeing him in this role.

It was obvious to the six people watching this with me, that burglar was refusing to give authority. He was told by the female agent that he HAD the authority to authorize, and burglar sat silent. A wife of a friend screamed out, "Berger, you asshole"!

There will be two sources tomorrow...Rush who had an uncut version and the guy who wrote the movie will be on Hannity's radio program which comes on at noon on the left coast.

Although they did cut the part where Sandy Burglar refused to give our guys permission to kill Osama Yo Mama, the implications were there that that is exactly what happened. Unlike the Bush administration, no one wanted to take the responsibility just in case the mission went to hell. The stuff rolls down hill and they all complained about how Reno had to take all the responsibility for Waco. They implied that Clinton wouldn't take responsibility for anything that went wrong. Of course, we all know that Waco didn't hurt Reno any. Everyone just shrugged it off.
It was two hours and forty minutes without commercials- just a one minute break for the disclaimer. That would fill three and a half hours if there were commercials.
It was better and more damning than what we thought they would show. Maybe they will get rid of those "Clinton lied and no one died" bumper stickers now.
Have you been watching the propaganda news report at the end of the Path to 9/11. Sickening. Ol' Clarke was able to give his full rendition of how wonderful he was and how he could have stopped everything except that the CIA head Tennet kept cancelling Clarke's operations. Yeah, right.
