But by then Louis Freeh hated Clinton and they hadn't talked for several years and Freeh didn't trust him or his hacks and was waiting for a new administration before he retired. Remember he went around Clinton to Bush 41 for help with the Saudi's over the Kobar Towers because he ws blocked by Berger.

Did I miss something in this movie? I don't recall seeing any frustration from either the CIA or FBI over their not being allowed to share intel.
