SE I think they are going to cover the Cole, but as a flashback.

I thought I noticed some edits especially when they had ben Laden surrounded. I am coming into this real late did anyone else already mention it?

The TV Guide says the Cole will be covered tomorrow.

I think it was just a neat way to end it for the night. I HOPE they didn't skip from 1/1/2000 to 9/11/2001. They can't. It's just a device. They'll go back in time for Mond night.

I did not see the Cole. All of a sudden we're on one of the planes on 9/11. What happened to the Cole????? Being on one of the planes was a dramatic license -- a "To Be Continued" scene, just like the footage on the planes that started the show this evening.
The next segment will begin on January 1, 2000. The Cole didn't happen until October, 2000

The planes on 9/11 ...that's a teaser, they started the whole show with that. It's way scary too.
They'll probably pick up the Cole tomorrow.
