Sorry, but why would they want to kill someone who was too "busy", to give a rat's a$$ about what they were planning, or about our national security in general. Bill Clinton was their ace in the hole, and they knew it.
The terrorists saw their "in", and they took full advantage of it. Too bad so many innocent folks had to die because of his complete inadequacy as our so called "commander in chief".
