Just another attempt to make the saudis "like us"....appeasment and "diplomacy". For all Pres Bush has done, I don't think it has really sunk in yet that there is no negotating with people whose base line is.."we are going to kill you all".(Rush Limbaugh)

It is clear to me that the student deal is a "carrot" designed to offer the saudis a few of us, or maybe a lot of us, but not ALL of us....when most of here us know that a few, or a lot of us will never be enough...

You are absolutely, totally wrong. You are terribly misinformed. While there are some, they are a minority of a minority.

The community colleges of America have been educating young Saudis for many years. They have carefully studied the situatiuon and learned that they get the most bang for their educational buck at small schools. The are also insulated from the distractions of the big state universities.

The Saudi's already like us. Americans built modern saudi Arabia. Those who count know that and want more America....not less.
