Right now Charlie Cook is on cspan telling viewers that democrats are 9-13% ahead in everybody's polls. They are SO wrong!
Funny. I haven't seen any polls lately indicating that.
Charlie Cook & MSM keep shouting that democrats are energized like never before & it 's going to be doom & gloom for republicans.
Meanwhile just this week, in Florida Republican primary, 968,210 turned out to give Charlie Crist the Gubernatorial nomination.
Only 850,548 Democats turned out to give Jim Davis the Democratic nomination. (that was 37% turnout dropoff in the FL Dem GOV primary from '02 to '06.)
Statewide GOP turnout outpaces Dem turnout by at least 120,000... in the primary nonetheless.
He also talked a bit about how polls are less accurate than they were, say, 10 years ago.
LOL......guess Cook forgot to mention that all his polling was done in NY, D.C, and all the other blue states.
And the information is so useless. There are 435 elections for the US House, and each person polled can only (legally) vote in one of those elections.
It's like popular vote polls for US President. When the polls start showing electoral college results for US President, then they mean something.
