Actually, the Democrat reaction is not unprecedented at all. They have a history of taking legal actions to get their way when things are not going as they want them to. Voters be damned, the ACLU and Democrats file law suits faster than Kerry can say he served in Vietnam when they get upset. As long as the left has influence in the courts this will continue. One more reason to elect Republicans to the Senate this year and a Republican president in 2008.

Has Cheney asked Mr Potatoe when he found out Armitage was the leaker?? He should be hung from a Lamppost after a short trial of course.

Tim seemed flustered and more red than usual. It looked like a smackdown to me!

The lack of a challenge the left faces from the MSM and Hollywood (watch V for Vendetta for a laugh) shows how they crumble over a little truth from a docudrama.

I just happen to be reading Jayna's book now. The big question remains - Why did the FBI scratch all of the evidence against John Doe 2 and Iraq connection?

Where are the relatives of the OKC bombings and why aren't they just screaming with outrage at what goes on with this obvious cover up?

Well I watch at least one a week and generally they are not for making news so much as trying to set the record straight or crooked, depending on your POV and who is speaking.

Anita, YaYa, Fedora, you, and many other FReepers do the best, the most thorough, the most unimpeachably well documented research to be found anywhere. Reading this post I let out a couple of rebel yells of sheer pleasure at your workmanship.

American "news consumers," as the criminally stupid and partisan DBM hacks refer to readers and viewers, are starved for a sense of excellence and honesty in the presentation of events. If they hired people capable of disinterested research and honest writers, regular people would not feel they are descending into a snake-pit of lies when they open a newspaper or turn on the tv.

This reluctance to be mere "consumers" of what the media moguls dictate we will be allowed to see/hear, is falsely interpreted by them as our "sheep-like" indifference to what are, essentially, matters of life and death for ourselves and our children. They expect that we will submit to the
journalistic standards of Holland, and watch our children submit to dhimmitude, or to the blade across the throat.

Thank you all for all you do to put the facts out there.

In an alternate dimension maybe.

There was much poo pooing by the talking heads regarding the viability of the threat. This is more "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!!!!!" BS.

Even though the Democrats don't have a legal leg to stand on, it is still disturbing that politicians would try to censor the show. I'm not at all surprised, but it is still disturbing. This sort of thing is what goes on in banana republics. There does not seem to be any limit to what the leftists would do if they could. And anyone who uses the line, "Do you know who I am!" is a jerk. Usually that line is used by some spoiled limousine Marxist to browbeat some poor working stiff.

Excellent post Carolinamom. Deserves some repetition.

Aside from the WMD danger,(which still exists only in Syria today)bringing down Hussein was a humanitarian action......he killed his own subjects(since he was as dictator they were subjects)w/poison gas and inhumane torturing such as chopping off hands, putting them alive into chipping machines.....

Brilliant stuff here Carolinamom and too often forgotten by the msm/DBM!

"The MSM continues to rely on ignorance to push for high negative polling."

The polls (Which should, IMO, properly be labeled as PUSH polls)are exactly the same straw the dims and the MSM have been grasping for the last six years.

They're all a bit like a buck-naked Emperor, sitting out in the middle of the square and asking all his toadies' opinions of his fine new wardrobe.

The DNC comes up with a "new" talking point, runs over to their buddies in the MSM with it, they all conduct a "poll" that says exactly what the DNC lugnuts want to hear and then the NYSlime, WaPo or another of the usual suspects carve this barrel of bilge in stone by running an oped (either front page or actually with the editorials just for a change of pace).

I've given up trying to figure out if the entire lib establishment has become delusional because of some bad drugs they took back in the 70's or if they've become so totally obsessed and lacking in fundamental beliefs that these are the only tactics they have.

Kerry on CNN.

America not safe as we ought to be.

More terrorist now. Pres sees different world.

Of course, answering Cheney clip, some people have done something right.

Bottom line, 8 years between WTC 93 and 2001.

Law enforcement radio, nuke plants, cargo not being screened, iraq money spent.

Not as safe as we ought to be, parroting Pres here.

Kerry backing off on Bush attack of not doing enough, seems to me.

Admin taking military tact instead of diplomacy, turned world against us. Iraq, blah, blah, blah,

He, kerry, thinks only way to success in iraq is to reduce forces there.

What has Bush admin done to secure borders? Havent done thing necessary to secure America.

Billions spent on iraq. took eyes off bin laden, afghanistan.

Repubs have Katrina foreign policy. we can do better, not successful in iraq, quoting gen casey.

Not abandon iraq, redeploy forces. didn't say where to deploy.

Repubs want to debate slogan, not real policy, blah, blah, blah.

More terrorists in world today, greater attacks, failed policy, all Admin wants is to scare America.

As Rush has often said, Republicans are used to dem tirades and have developed logical and fact-filled responses...whereas dems, not used to having critics talk back, are thin-skinned over the most minute criticisms and react only w/emotional outbursts...since they haven't the ability to discuss anything logically and heaven help them w/having FACTS to support their Feeeeeeeeelings.

" Tim Russert is stuck on stupid."

He showed today why he deserves the sobriquet- Mr Potato Head.
He was so focused on getting in the Dem talking points that he completely missed Cheney's points and came off looking like a bigger partisan than usual.
Or else he did it on purpose.
Either way-Cheney had to patiently school Russert in Terrorism 101 and Logic 101.
Mr Potato Head was mashed- big time.

"it is still disturbing that politicians would try to censor the show"

As I've said before, what TERRIFIES Dems about this movie, is the delivery of "The Facts", in a form that "The Sheeple" will actually pay attention to...

There is NOTHING in this movie that millions haven't already seen on The History Channel, CNN or FOX, the DIFFERENCE is that this time, it's in a MOVIE.

Dems know from experience how damaging a MOVIE can be....

F/911 was desinged to be as damaging as The Eternal Jew
