The FBI is investigating the case of a 21-year-old Hamtramck man with a one-way ticket to Yemen who tried to board a plane with a knife hidden in a phone book.
Ghanem remained in a Wayne County jail Saturday after the judge set bond at $500,000. One concern among officials is that the man had a one-way ticket to Yemen, Conway said.

Ghanem was born in Yemen and is now a legal permanent resident of the U.S., Ayad said. He works as a bus-boy in a coney island in metro Detroit. Ghanem lives in Hamtramck with family members, some of whom have been questioned by the FBI, Ayad said.

If his name was Ghanemski he would be a Polish Catholic and there would not likely be a problem.
As it is, he is a mudslime with "mental problems" - these two things ALWAYS go together - so there IS a problem.
I would rather have 10 Mexican illegal immigrants than ONE legal mudslime immigrant any day.
I say evacuate all the Americans from Deetroit and nuke the area from orbit. Send a couple of extra warheads to Dearborn where I grew up.
Hamtramck used to be Polish Catholic and a clean and civilized oasis surrounded by Detroit.
Using emminent domain for priviate enterprise, much of it was razed for Chrylser to build its pole town plant.
Now Hamtramck is home to the worst Detroit has to offer. MY last understanding is that the city is in receivership. So much for destroying itself for property taxes from the plant.
I don't know why all of you are jumping to conclsuions.

Be assured, according to congressional testimony and news accounts, there are plenty of muslims coming over that border with the Mexican coyotes.

Rep. Bob Ethridge, (D) North Carolina asked David Aguilar, US Border Patrol Chief, about OTMs (Other than Mexicans, who have been typically released into the public) and terrorists threat coming in from the Mexican border.
Aguilar summed up, “Is [the border] a vulnerability?”
“Yes”.
“Do we have information that Al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations have looked at that possibility? “
“Yes”
Rep. Steve Pearce,(R), New Mexico questioned Aguilar. “The secretary (Homeland Security Michael Chertoff) said we are going to stop the catch and release program. [a friend of Pearce] Judge Carter recently went to one of the detention centers where OTM’s were being processed. Carter asked how long they are going to be here. He was told ‘til they are “processed”.
The judge commented to the official that he thought we were through with catch and release and was told, “We are. It’s now catch, process and release.”

I am very careful what I wish for.
I said MEXICAN illegals. There are a lot of them here in Idaho and I deal with them regularly. For the most part they are decent people just trying to get along. I don't approve of the way they got here but at least they are not planning to kill me like most of the mudslimes would like to do.
The mudslimes would kill the Mexicans too so at least we have THAT much in common.
You know the old saying: the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
I'm no fan of illegal immigration but I'll take Christian illegals over "legal" mudslimes ANY DAY!

On the contrary, my fellow Idahoan, They do want you dead. The difference is they usually won't say or do anything about it until there are many more of them. Take it from an old LA cop. They want to take the western US from US as one once told me: "We're going to take California from you like you took it from us." Take a look at a map of the proposed nation of Azlan. Some versions include southern Idaho. It's a different version of the same problem. If they don't become true Americans instead of hyphenated Americans they'll do it.
