I didn't forget, I felt it to be unnecessary with such a post.
Let's not forget NPR
Are you sure the re-edit isn't Carl Rove coming in a second ninja suit to stop Clinton from killing Bin Laden, knowing that he'd need that issue to get Bush re-elected just in case he wasn't able to get his hurricane machine up and running to suppress the vote?
The RATS understand perfectly well that if the American "swing voters" ever learn the truth, they may never win another election.
I had an idea this was going to happen last weekend when they pulled the trailer from the ABC Path To 911 website and only kept the interviews of the actors in the segment "Where Were You On 911"?
It also highlights a LONG STANDING pattern of Democrat behavior (ala Carter refusing to take care of business and leaving problems for later Presidents to solve). Impressive when you suck so bad that your mess is being cleaned up 4 Presidents later.
You should give the "evil doers" more credit than that.
After all the "spin" worked time and time again for them in the past.
The movie should be entitled, The Emperor Willard Has No Clothes. If you remember Joe Eszterhas wrote a book that blamed most of Clinton's problems on the evil Willard, the name that Slick Willy gave to his most private of members. Well clearly Willard got Clinton into so much trouble that he was unable to defend the country and capture or kill Bin Laden. So it is all obvious that Emperor Willard has no clothes.
I wonder if that could have made a difference in this whole thing.
...And the BBC.
I'm with you and Mr Moonlight. RAT all the way.
No matter how it comes out, it's only a movie!
Get a grip everyone.
If a federal worker did what Senator Reid did, he would be severely reprimanded or possibly fired for official abuse. Senator Reid can criticize the movie, but he cannot evoke ABC broadcast license and indirectly link it to what he wants from ABC. If Dems can revoke a license for "right wing political propaganda" then the GOP can argue that MSM can have their license revoked for "jihadist propaganda" when covering the war in Iraq and WOT.
To really sell the irony requires noting the producers of "Pearl Harbor" did indeed edit from every frame the omnipresent cigarette smoking of the period.
I fear that after all this publicity, the film will be analyzed, dissected, resected ad-nauseum, and the public will wind up more confused than they are now.
Then there will be History channel remakes, Discovery channel remakes, PBS remakes--and the slightest flaws will obscure the main truths.
A digitized CO'C, however, since Carroll departed this Earth several years ago.
What? NYTimes says Ok? What's wrong with this picture? This is a setup.
Or, leave the film as is, and have that (scheming senators) be one of the closing scenes of the movie- Also show Sandy Berger stuffing documents down his pants and socks, trying to steal them from the National Archives- End it with Harry Reid's threat to yank ABC's license.
This sort of "edit" would make the film a masterpiece.
OTOH.....Rush liked it too.
The hubris of that Dimbulb nit-wit desert rat is astounding.
