Interesting.
I read this title, had not heard ANYTHING about this before, and thought to myself...
"This is something Liberals are behind."
It just sounded plain stupid. So I read the story, and lo and behold...yes...two rats attached it to the bill.
Then when I read it, this jumped out at me..."...would also require the US Defense Department to report to Congress every three months about progress made toward apprehending bin Laden..."
Have you ever heard something so damned beauracratic and stupid?

Who cares about the progress you made when the goal is capture? You either capture do or don't...or well, you are required to give details about what you plan to do operationally to capture, which of course is foolish to do in Congress.

It is nothing but a election year ploy by the Democrats to once again " SHEEPLE the people " in effect to deceive the American people that is fact, that the Democrats are REALLY the one's who are more effective and dogmatic on the WOT and finding OSBL.... I sure hope the American " SHEEPLED " are not this stupid and fall for this trick.
I hope OSBL get captured in the next few weeks, so the Democrats won't get credit, and spending $ 200 MILLION ( have you ever heard of such a thing as this ? 200 MILLION ).

Especially when the Rats are going to leak everything not stated in open session to the media, which in turn gives tactical information to bin Laden and al-Qaeda. Once again, what they are doing is politicizing this war and Sept. 11.
