There's a gap in TIME. In 1993, Usama did NY for the first time...and then there's a bunch of his handiwork in between then and 2001.

That time gap wouldn't be the "IMMORAL YEARS" by any chance????!!!!!!

Think about this real good. Ot literally says that before 2001, Usama was ignored. Go back into the Congressional record.
