(1) Why was Ayatollah Montezari subject to house arrest after his designation as successor to Khomeni as spiritual leader was revoked? Why is he still under house arrest?
(2) Was Khomeni in his faculties at the time? Had he already suffered the stroke that killed him? Who witnessed his alleged change of designated successor from Montezari to Khameni?
(3) Were there secularist elements in the 1979 revolution who did not want a clerical government in Iran?
(4) What happened to them?
(5) Did the current president of Iran serve as an interrogater in the prisons in which they were held?
(6) Did he execute prisoners, personally, or order their executions?
(7) Do you defend his actions at the time? Would you support him doing the same sort of thing again tomorrow?
(8) Did the Germans murder several million innocent Jews in Europe during WW II?
(9) Do you excuse the current president's denial of the previous?
(10) The current president of Iran is fond of saying that the present order in the world is unjust and unsustainable, in the specific context of nuclear weapons possessed by western liberal democracies. Would nuclear weapons in the hands of more non-western and undemocratic countries by more just than the present situation?
(11) If it would be, why isn't Iran seeking nuclear weapons to redress the present injustice in the world?
(12) Why is Iran ashamed of its actions in the matter? Why does it hide them, and lie about them to the IAEA among others?
(13) What religious legitimacy if any does Khameni possess?
(14) As a matter of Islamic scholarship, is the president of Iran a heretic and an innovator in doctrine, for his unusual views on the subject of hidden imams?
(15) Is the hidden imam present already, and hiding in a well, and does he respond to notes lowered down to him on ropes?
(16) Does the government of Iran possess extra-territorial jurisdiction and right, outside the geographical confines of Iran?
(17) Is the government of Iran justified in sending armed men to foreign countries to kidnap or murder citizens and legal residenice of other countries, for alleged or imaginary offenses against the government of Iran?
(18) If you say yes to 18, is the United States justified in sending armed men to foreign countries to detain its enemies there, and incarcerate them for its own protection? Would it be justified in arresting Ahmadnejad or yourself?
(19) If you consider it absurd that you would be arrested in the US for your offenses toward the US, as an overreaching of proper US authority, will you be rescending the fatwa against Salman Rushdie today?
(20) Do you think the countries that invented religious tolerance and whose protection you trust today, need lessons from tyrants and hypocrites on political justice?
(21) Do you think the most merciful and compassionate human judge on earth would condemn innocent schoolchildren to dismemberment and death at age 7, for the crime of having unorthodox parents?
(22) If you answered no on 21, do you think God is morally inferior to typical human judges?
(23) If you answered no on 21 and 22, will you be condemning today those who perpetrated the attack on the school in Russia, and pronouncing as a matter of religious law, that those who carried it out are damned for all eternity to hellfire for their injustice?
(24) Do you honestly believe in a just judge who searches hearts, and do you think your own heart can withstand His scrutiny and His wrath?
