Geraldo Rivera, on the 9/11/01 Attacks......"It Was a Courageous and Fanatical Act"
FNC/The OReilly Factor
Posted on 09/08/2006 9:00:49 PM PDT by hole_n_one
On tonight's edition of The OReilly Factor on the FNC, Rivera stated that he believed the "kamikaze" style attacks took "courage" to carry out.
OReilly immediately disagreed with the ignorant and disgraceful sentiment spewed by Rivers.

Why do people misunderstand what I say??? Please go back and reread what I said. All I said was that I was giving Geraldo the benefit of the doubt in what he said was a poor choice of words. Please NEVER put words In my mouth. This really irritates me.

I saw Geraldo's 3 or 4 minute rant about the Towers tonight also and it just confirmed my thoughts about him. He's a grand standing sorry excuse for a journalist and why FNC hired him I'll never know.

I do not have a dictionary handy, but I do not think courageous falls into the terrorists book of training.Stupid and brainwashed is more along the lines. What an ass.I can not believe he is employed by anyone.Al Jerk--ff,maybe,but Fox?Makes one wonder.

With all the passion against the terrorist who did the 9/11 acts, I can't come up with the logical reasoning that could have a seasoned reporter like Geraldo making that dumb statement.

    Courage?
This was one of the most crass and COWARDLY acts in historical record.
Geraldo is unable to recognize true courage or abject cowardice and this makes him unfit to present news.
Geraldo, it will be my pleasure to surf on by any "news" presentation you are fortunate enough to make from now on.
 Courage? Ugh.

Words mean things, so if there is a misunderstanding, it is YOUR fault for not being clear, not mine. By the way, I never put words in your mouth. I was just voicing my own opinion about islamofacist scum.

He really needs to think before he speaks or acts, using the word "courageous" just feeds into the sick minds that do insane acts. This is on the same par when he drew diagrams in the sand during the Iraq war.

He probably meant to say something like "bold".

I doubt the WW2 Navy gunners at Okinawa used either words, courageous or bold, for the Kamikazi pilots.

Okay, does anybody take Horrendo seriously anymore? Has anybody, for a long time?
