As ABC prepares to air their mini-series regarding the events leading to the events on 9/11, the left is up in arms over the docudrama's implications that former President Clinton's inaction greatly contributed to the attacks of 9/11. I will save that debate for later. What bothers me most about this whole thing is the whiny rhetoric coming from the left, as they launch attack after attack on ABC, calling for truth and honest representations in the mini-series.
'The Path to 9/11', as it is called, has a number of top democrats crying foul and slinging allegations of political bias against ABC. Among others, Senators Harry Reid (NV) and Charles Schumer (NY) sent a letter to ABC, accusing them of "right-wing political propaganda". They basically accused ABC of being irresponsible and have called for the cancellation of the mini-series.

A standing headline if there ever was one.
Celebrate FREEDOM! Buy a Gun on 9/11 !!!
THIS STORY doesn't even begin to tell it all. The Dims, not just a few top ones, wrote a letter to ABC telling them to drop the movie and /or delete parts they DIDN'T like OR ABC'S license would be in trouble. Now, if that isn't messing with freedom of speech,I don't know what does. It is total arrogance!! Since when do they have that kind of power?? An ex impeached president and his erstwhile wife who seeks the power of the WH are jumping up and down, pounding on ABC because their 8 year legacy is so thin it just might go puff if the movie is shown! Clinton did nothing during his presidency except tell every ten year old boy in America what oral sex was all about That is the Clinton legacy. The 9/11 movie is touted by the best writers in the business to be an excellent resume of history, actual facts of the runway that led up to the attack. It IS NOT about Clinton...it is about America and an evil enemy called Islamic Muslim Terrorism. The DIMS can't take the truth...they simply don't recognize truth anywhere or anyplace.
I feel your pain was a great line IMHO! /S
