Previously, he also stonewalled James Woolsey his CIA director and refused to communicate with him. He didn't want to know because he was afraid to act.

There are three, and only three ways to die from a gunshot. They are, to wit, suicide, homicide, and accidentally (although a shooting that *was* accidental, in that it was not intended, could also be labelled a homicide). The Starr conclusion of suicide on the part of Mr. Foster is complete, and utter bunk. *THAT* is a given.
Therefore it must have been one of the other two possibilities. I discount neither one, but am hesitant to call premeditated murder, as no credible evidence has ever surfaced to support this, and name a most probable suspect. Therefore, scratch two...
This leads to possibility number three, where there *is* some credible evidence, although largely suppressed, undoubtedly for completely bogus "national security" reasons...
At the time of his death, a number of intelligence agencies, both foreign and domestic, were investigating Mr. Foster as a possible Israeli agent (*along* with HRC...) One of those foreign agencies was Saudi Arabian intelligence (who, like the US agencies had found some very interesting financial transactions via the PROMIS software in their posession).
Couple *this* with Mr. Patrick Knowle's "Mexicans" at the scene in Ft Marcy Park at about the time Mr. Foster's body was found. Mr Knowles stands by his story, despite repeated attempts by the FBI to dissuade him, so he *did* see somebody, who he assumed were Mexican, but actually may have been something else entirely, as he never heard them speak (not English, Spanish, nor any *other* language...)
Add to these the final piece of the puzzle, and that's the radical turnaround of the Clinton Administration from being a vocal, if lukewarm, supporter of Israel, to being staunch supporters of Yassir Arafat and Palestine (all *after* Mr. Foster's death...)
Given these, it is *my* conclusion that Mr. Foster was inadvertently killed in a bungled snatch attempt by Saudi Intelligence, whose operatives were seen disposing of the body by Mr Knowles, who mistook these Arabs for Mexicans (easy enough mistake for a casual observer to make...) L:astly, they used what they knew about Mr. Foster and Hillary's activities vis-a-vis Israel, to "turn" Hillary, and steer US Middle East policy in a direction more to their (The Saudi's) liking...

The documents were all copies of the same report. Apparently there was margin notes that were incriminating. There was, and probably still are, people in our government who read each of these copies. The documents stolen in the second incident were marked by staff members in a sting attempt.

When the 'final editing' is completed, THEN perhaps we will see this is yet another scam, with any embarrassments removed to protect the degenerate one and his twisted lying henchghouls.
