Media Matters has been a key player in the campaign against ABC's new docudrama, "The Path to 9/11." Today the left-wing organization added a new component to that campaign by focusing on a discussion guide released by ABC and Scholastic. Questions about the docudrama aside, a review of the discussion guide reveals absolutely nothing objectionable, and certainly nothing false or inaccurate.
Today on Tucker, Tucker Carlson interviewed Media Matters President David Brock and shredded every one of his complaints:
Meanwhile, the LA Times reports that ABC has "toned down" a controversial scene, and according to the AP, ABC said that "the editing process is not yet complete." That's quite a change from last week, when an ABC spokesperson told me that the film was "locked and ready." The Clinton gang might force more changes yet.
Video here.
"I saw it when it aired. I was surprised that Tucker went after him as hard as he did."
Tucker and David used to run in the same circles when both were employed by conservative magazines. Tucker knows him all too well, and sees him for the sleaze that he is.
I know that just trying to think back to who he was.
Are they (ABC) giving him a little hand Monica?
Agreed. Tucker did a great job. Too bad it's on MSNBC, so virtually no one saw it.
Hand maiden? Ugly visual
His boy pal, ellis pellican, the FOX queer, told him he exudes maleness with an open collar.
It takes a lot of guts to wear a bow tie...apparently his petered out.
And David loved it!
Ouch. (That's what Paul said)
Actually "Blinded by the Right" is a really interesting book. The fact that he was gay caused him a lot of problems as a conservative journalist. Eventually he switched. (being conservative, not being gay)
Good. Maybe there is hope for him yet.
It's my understanding that nobody likes David Brock.
Especially David Brock.
"Brock is a twist. Is Carlson?"
Brock is, Tucker isn't.
I'm not trying to go off-subject here - but I thought Tucker Carlson always wore a bowtie?
I hate bowties.
Did he give up on them? Anyone?
Wow! Just watched the video. What a Mother Tucker!
I saw that too. He gave him a good old butt kicking. I was a bit surprised.
Yesterday I checked out the Scholastic website and was unable to find the study guide. However, Google had it cached. There is nothing objectionable in it. The first night's guide is largely geography, population, etc of these various ME countries. A good student would already know this info or where to go to get it. The second night's guide is one page and rather squishy--feel good nonsense.
No "gal pal" for the odious Brock.
He outed himself as a "Gay American".
