A Bridgewater man was arrested Monday for breaking into the township library to download and watch pornography, police said.

Township police said Carlos Wilfrido Paucar-Zhagul forcibly entered the Tewksbury Township Public Library through a back door, pulled down the shades and accessed the computers. Police arrested him at 11:10 p.m. Surveillance footage shows Paucar-Zhagul, 25, of Bridgewater, N.J., in the library while it was closed to the public, police said.

A few weeks before the arrest, library staff complained someone had been entering the library during off hours, pulling down the shades and downloading pornography. The computers were infected with various viruses, police said. Paucar-Zhagul is charged with theft, trespassing, criminal mischief, burglary and possessing burglary tools,

He should have gone to WJC library. They ought to have one of the largest collections around, both for materials and for viruses.

I guess he didn't have a library card. I'm sure the ALA would have been happy to give him one so that he can surf for porn during regular hours.

By not filtering their computers, the library invites these deviants by feeding their sick addiction. This guy should be put away before he gives in to a far worse urge!
The townspeople should have something to say about dangerous and lecherous people sharing air with their precious children, because those computers offer pornography all day long. Of course, the American Library Association is all for "free speech" and all that, but the ALA is a subversive organization!

To go through that much trouble, I'm guessing the guy was not downloading "regular porn", but rather the type called out in 18:2252A(a).

The feds try to sniff out downloaders of that stuff.

I'm sure the American Library Association has already hired him a lawyer if the ACLU hasn't gotten him one yet. watching porn in libraries is part of their 'Library Bill of Rights'. The ALA doesn't even care if the person watching porn in the library is 14.
