I see. "Impact of Reality" is based on allowing profanity to be aired on the air, not just a few times, but throughout the entire program. When a Bleep is heard by the viewer, they automatically know it's a profanity, so how is that going to diminish the "impact of reality"?
A bleep interrupts the documentary and keeps the viewer from truly feeling like he is there.
Will you get a grip. It's not like the intro says "This is Walter Cronkite, and this is what f'n happened".
It is actual footage of people and their reations at that moment. And yes they cursed. I cursed. My wife cursed. My sister in law, who was there, cursed.
It's what really happened. If you dont like it. Dont watch it. But stop trying to force your opinions down everyone's throat. That's a liberal attribute.
Some of us are intelligent and mature enough to handle reality unedited, without it being cleaned up for infant-level sensibilities. If you aren't one of those people, don't watch what REALLY happened, and don't alter a program documenting reality for those of us who don't need our hands held.
