It also takes their agendas off of the plate, and helps to keep their campaigning at a minimum.

We can pass this bill in the House faily easily; this helps GOP incumbents and makes RATS go on the record -- great campaign issue for Democratic seats we are challenging.

As to Senate, I am sure the RATS will filibuster -- which gives the GOP a great wedge issue for the midterms. Stabenow, Cantwell and others are in a bad position on this.
