TNdandelion, Are you referring to "Airyonna" (yeah, I know it's spelled wrong but I don't care b/c I don't like her) Huffington, the former candidate for CA gov?
Anti-Semitics are in BOTH parties. I knew the instant that Gore chose Lieberman as his Veep running mate that Gore would NOT get to be president. Unfortunately, No way was this country going to have a practicing & avowed Jew as a Veep. It's one thing not to like the individuals' politics/views on the ticket & vote for the other ticket but to NOT vote for the ticket solely b/c one is a practicing & avowed Jew is disgraceful but I knew it was going to happen. Anti-Semitics are alive & well in the USA REGARDLESS of party. It's just that some are better than others in "covering their tracks" on the matter. Just 2 examps: The left may have Move-On but the right has Buchanan (even though he won't out-and-out admit it, IMHO he is exactly that - Anti-Semitic).
True. You know their idea of Democracy. Shut out all the people whom they disagree with, And you got "Democracy" or their idea of it.
