LOL. I am quite fond of Bernard, even though we differ on a number of things. Here is a tidbit from the Bennett show which confirms a suspicion I have had. They opine that Karen Hughes gave up on her "let's all get along and understand each other" tour of the mideast because she discovered it was pointless. I have long thought that was the case.
I wasn't up on that but it sure would have gone against Rush's philosophy. Haven't seen Karen Hughes in some time and I remember thinking a month or two ago that she may have been upstaging Condi. Both are stong willed and forceful.
