Not only FNC but IMUS/MSNBC is questioning the truthfulness on Bill Clinton words the other day with reports like this.
RICE BOILS OVER AT BUBBARIPS 'FLATLY FALSE' CLAIM ON BUSH'S BID TO GET BIN LADEN and Former CIA Agent Scheuer: Clinton Is Lying. You better put some ice on it Bill.
The last couple of Blues songs by Sam Moore have just mellowed me out. Good stuff.
Good morning. Happily I have a working computer again. I lost my ping list, however, along with lots of other things :(

Gardner Selby -Burnt Orange Report provides recording of 1980 show in Houston- Former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura helped Kinky Friedman rally college students for his independent gubernatorial bid Monday as more recordings surfaced that capture Friedman lofting a range of racially tinged comments. The comments came in an 84-minute audio recording of an April 1980 Houston performance made available to reporters by a pro-Democratic blog, the Burnt Orange Report. The recording features Friedman making nine comments touching on racial topics interspersed with 14 songs. The blog posted an excerpt last week. Friedman said then that he didn't remember the comments specifically but... |
Ping ya'll.
I think Imus has Chris Wallace, Andy Rooney and Col. Jack Jacobs on tap, and Rush is in the house.
Well, I hope everyone missed Col. Jacobs unless you have some need to just feel depressed about everything. Sheesh.
Even Imus was ready to hang himself on a shower curtain after that interview.
Maybe this will lighten your day. CAPTION FUN: Hillary Clinton.
When I first saw Rush in the studio I thought that really is Rush. Great makeup job. One observation about the real Rush is that the older he gets the more he looks like my father.
I was going to remark about how MSNBC and CNN are both only reporting the Iraq part of this Declassified Key Judgements from the April 2006 NIE, but Charles proved me wrong at the top of the hour news update.
On Brit Hume's show last night they pretty much tore this "report" apart. Charles Kraut hammer said he could have wrote a better one for a lot less money than we are paying these people to.
I enjoyed Krauthammer's take on the NIE as a "on the one hand, on the other hand" college level report. If there was any deep thinking going on, it wasn't much evident in that report. It was my "Well, duh!" moment.
Brit Hume is the best in the business, bar none.
Imus says Carville and Begala will be on the program tomorrow.
Hi you listen to Imus? I know who he is, but can't say I know anything about him. I am listening to Bill Bennett.
So am I. I have Imus on the tv so I can watch for any interesting interviews he might do. I found Imus when it became impossible to watch any of the alphabet network morning shows and the callers to C-Span had become almost universally insane :)
I was worried, I had nor seen you for awhile. I thought maybe you were mad at me. Not that I EVER make anyone mad. ;)
I appreciate your concern. My computer broke down. It was awful. It is absolutely true that if all you have is a tv and newspapers, you do not know what is going on in the world.
Scary! I have had a home computer and Internet access for about two years and I have totally flipped out, on the maybe two occasions I could not get on the Net. I think now what did I used to do with my time off? I still read books and Magazines, but Newspapers? FERGETABOUTIT. LOL
Early this summer we were without power for 3 days. The minute it came back on I literally ran to the computer. Perhaps I should worry about that, but I really think it's okay to be an information junkie.
I posted the following on a thread yesterday. Unfortunately, I failed to include you, YaYa,McGruff,Leadpenny, meema, Txsleuth --- Lord, I'm going to leave out more great ones.
"To: AliVeritas; Peach; anita; Fedora
I see little in this report that has not already been posted on FR by you, Peach, Anita, Fedora, and dozens of other Freepers who research what's out there, analyze it, and reach conclusions that are in many instances a lot sounder than those in the report.
The report tends to "victimize" the jihadists as economically deprived (not true of the leaders) without addressing the fanatical and ultimately oppressive nature of the jihadist movement and its unremitting goal of war without end."
This report reveals the paucity of sound intelligences to understand and delineate whatever intel our spooks can come up with given the limitations imposed on them by politicians who are okay with the Constitution being turned into a suicide pact.
The Political Correctness is strong in this report.
