The following Howard Kurtz may be posted elsewhere, but I didn't want to miss your opinions of it. I note how non-judgemental Kurtz is about Clinton's over the top performance, with no quotes on motive, no rebuttal by FOX News management, and no critique of how Wallace handled the interview.
I'm going to miss you guys this week, but I'll think of you as I enjoy the beach at St. George Island, FL, probably sufffering from computer withdrawal.
Nothing new but I'm confused. Is Kurtz on Imus this morning?
Hey watch out for the sharks.
Are there sharks in the hot tub?
I don't know who is on Imus, but I bet all the talkers have a party today discussing Bill Clinton's performance. Watching that interview several times, it becomes obvious Clinton came intending to go on the attack.
Last night on DRUDGE radio, Matt mentioned Clinton slurring his words. I hadn't noticed, but he sure does.
St. George Island, (and Appalachicola) more famous for oysters than sharks, but I will look out for angry sea gulls
Here's that Kurtz link I forgot

New phrase from Imus and crew:
"Wagging the fat girl!"
Thanks for the link. I'm not nutz afterall.
I think the Wallace/Clinton thing will be topic one.
"Bill Clinton" is in the house.
Wagging the fat girl!" LOL
Steve Ducey just described yesterday as "Bubba Boiling Over".
Since you're probably busy packing for the beach, you may want to tape this and take it with you for viewing later:

The Senate Democratic Policy Committee held an oversight hearing on the planning and execution of the war in Iraq.
Witnesses include: Major General John R.S. Batiste, U.S. Army (Ret.), who was senior military assistant to then-Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz and commander of the 1st Infantry Division, serving in Iraq in 2004 and 2005; Major General Paul D. Eaton, U.S. Army (Ret.), who was responsible for training the Iraqi military from May 2003 to March 2004, and for rebuilding the Iraqi police force from March through June 2004; Colonel Thomas X. Hammes, USMC (Ret.), who served in Iraq in 2004 and was responsible for establishing bases for the newly reconstituted Iraqi armed forces.
CBS harry smith interviews Michael Scheuer, former CIA analyst and asked if Clinton should have blamed CIA and FBI for his failures. Don't look for other networks to spotlight this guy. He said Clinton was lying yesterday.
ABC Diane Sawyer shows clip of "Clinton boiling over". Interviews O"Reilly. Bill says Bill Clinton was angry, he understands it. O'Rreilly makes mincemeat of Clinton's speech about he would have more troops in Afghanistan looking for bin laden.
GREAT C-Span caller says Clinton wagging his finger, (if you play poker) is a "tell". Everytime he wags his finger, you know he's lying.
This is great! C-span showing Clinton/Wallace clip. ABC, CBS, Fox, and C-Span all showing an unhinged Clinton. I love it!!
Thanks, I should be watching C-SPAN, but wanted to watch Cheap Trick do an Elvis song. Clinton repulses me.
Imus asks Andrea Mitchell:
"So you don't think that was the problem - - that he was porkin' the fat girl?"
Still LOL at Bill Clinton on Imus!! Now that was funny!
I watched Jon Meacham (sp?) on Imus.
c-span WJ was great for the first :45. Then I turned my headphones off...I can't stand that Cindy S. witch!
Part of me has pity for her.

Andrea Mitchell made an interesting comment on Imus about someone in the White House telling her after the first World Trade Center attack in 1993 that "we dodged a bullet". I wonder what bullet might that be?
