What country would want that basket case led by a lunatic on its border. Our border relations with Mexico by comparison are a vision of delights.

China makes far, far, FAR more money off America and South Korea than they do off of North Korea.

And they're NOT about to do anything to lose that moola.

(but they definitely don't want to appear like that to their own population)
