I have twins who were born when their sister was 11 months old. I can truly sympathize with his anger at having them awakened. One gets very few moments of peace in that situation.
My neighbors just had a kid, he cries all the time and even wakes us up. I can imagine how upset he'd be when he looses his peace and quiet.
